The Real Cost of Cheap Development
The invoice is not the price. The rebuild is.
Cheap builds are rarely cheap. They are expensive later, paid for in rewrites, lost conversion and the compounding drag of a codebase nobody wants to touch.
We have inherited four rebuilds in the last year where the original spend was recovered within months simply by fixing performance.
The honest framing is total cost of ownership over three years, not the quote in front of you.
Ask any vendor what happens after launch. The answer tells you what you are actually buying.
